My methodology

I guide leaders to a new level with the SOLEI Method.

Over the years I noticed something that kept repeating: when there is no clear through-line, development processes remain incomplete. The conversations are good, but the change never arrives. SOLEI is my way of seeing leadership. And my mark in every organization I enter.
Purpose
Executive purpose clarity.
Before moving an organization forward, the leader needs to know where and why. We work on the deep sense of purpose that sustains every decision and differentiates the strategic leader from the operator.
Strategy
Focus on what drives the business.
We identify the leverage point where change has the most force. What to prioritize, what to release, how to align the team around the decisions that matter.

I begin every engagement with deep conversations with the CEO or senior leadership. The goal is to discover the leverage point from which change has the most power.

We build a plan aligned with the defined strategy. Every action has a purpose, a metric and an owner. We know how to measure that change has occurred.

Strategic execution roadmap
We design the complete path: stakeholders, programs, milestones and timelines. A roadmap that ensures purpose is not lost in execution.
