There is something that has always stayed with me: the curiosity to understand people. Their ambitions, their mindset and what differentiates those who manage to sustain results over time.
Over the years, that curiosity became conversations. Conversations with leaders who face complex decisions, who have already achieved results, but who know that reaching the next level requires something different.
In those processes I began to see a pattern: beyond strategy or experience, what truly makes the difference is the capacity to question oneself. To review one's own way of thinking, the decisions that repeat themselves and the results those decisions generate.
That is where the real leadership work begins. Because evolving is not about adding more tools, but developing a new way of seeing, deciding and acting.
From that emerged the need for structure. A method that allows you to organize that reflection, translate it into concrete decisions and sustain it over time.
From that search was born the SOLEI Method, an approach that integrates three key dimensions of leadership: Purpose, to clarify the why of leadership, the driving reason and the impact to be generated; Strategy, to translate that clarity into concrete decisions and focused action; and Impact, to bring it to sustainable results in the business, in the teams and in the organization.
I have lived and worked in Brazil and Madrid. That experience broadened my perspective and reinforced a central idea in my work: leadership is not universal, it is contextual. And those who can read that context with clarity make better decisions.
Today I work with CEOs, general directors and senior leadership teams across Latin America at inflection points: regional expansion, organizational transformation and leadership transition.
I have worked with organizations such as Telecom and General Motors South America, designing and implementing programs around real business challenges.
My focus is on accompanying processes that generate clarity, awareness and a more effective way of leading.
Because when a leader evolves, it is not only their decisions that change. The impact they generate on their team and organization changes too.
